Conditions d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 de base<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Puissance maximale<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u202f: l\u2019installation doit \u00eatre <\/span><strong>\u2264<\/strong><strong>\u202f30<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWc<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p><strong>Emplacement<\/strong>\u202f: sur la toiture ou fa\u00e7ade, ou int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans l\u2019enveloppe du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Collecteurs hybrides<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 + eau chaude)\u202f: \u00e9galement \u00e9ligibles.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4>2. Subventions pour le stockage d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/h4><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsqu\u2019une <strong>batterie est install\u00e9e avec un syst\u00e8me PV en autoconsommation<\/strong>, elle est \u00e9ligible sous conditions :<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1351\"><li><p>Installation PV en autoconsommation ou dans une communaut\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>PV &gt;<\/strong><strong>\u202f4<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWc<\/strong>\u00a0(maison individuelle) ou <strong>&gt;<\/strong><strong>\u202f1,5<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWc par logement<\/strong>\u00a0(immeuble collectif).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Capacit\u00e9 :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1351\"><li><p><strong>\u2264 1,5<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWh\/kWc<\/strong>, max. <strong>12<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWh<\/strong>\u00a0pour une maison ;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u2264 1,5<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWh\/kWc<\/strong>, max. <strong>9<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWh<\/strong>\u00a0par logement collective ;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u2264 1<\/strong><strong>\u202fkWh\/kWc<\/strong>\u00a0pour les b\u00e2timents non r\u00e9sidentiels.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Synth\u00e8se des aides disponibles<\/h4><p><strong>Injection r\u00e9seau<\/strong> 20% du prix total HTVA max. 500\u20ac\/kWc<\/p><p><strong>Autoconsommation\u00a0<\/strong>avec ou sans stockage 50% du prix HTVA max. 1.250\u20ac\/kWc<\/p><h4>5.
